Are Ferndry boots waterproof?
Yes. The upper is waterproof to help keep out rain, puddles, wet grass and muddy paths on everyday walks. They're made for wet-weather walking, not for wading or standing in deep water.
Are they warm?
They have a soft cream fleece lining, so they feel warm from the first step on cold mornings.
How do I put them on?
Pull them on using the rear pull tab, then use the zip on the inner side. The elastic side panel helps them slip on and off easily.
Which colours and sizes are available?
Black, Charcoal Grey and Tan, in UK sizes 4 to 13. The fit is unisex. See our size guide before you order.
How does "2nd pair half price" work?
Add any two pairs to your basket. You can mix colours and sizes. The discount applies automatically in your basket and at checkout: one pair at full price and the second pair at half price. The offer applies once per order.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
UK delivery is £7.99 per order. Estimated delivery is 5–8 working days.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Can I return my boots?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Boots should be unworn outdoors and in their original packaging. Email us to start a return and we'll explain the next steps. Read our full refund policy.
How should I look after them?
Brush off dried mud, wipe the upper with a damp cloth and let the boots dry naturally away from direct heat.
